Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical review of neurology cases, applying evidence‑based guidelines and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with data analytics, pharmacy, and care‑management teams to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Neurology.
- Minimum 7 years of clinical practice experience, including prior medical director or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and utilization management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across national teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $128,363.69 annually. UnitedHealth Group offers comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and generous paid time off.
