Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of assigned clinical studies, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate source documents, case report forms, and electronic data capture systems.
- Schedule and conduct study visits, ensuring protocol compliance and patient safety.
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and site staff to resolve queries and monitor study progress.
- Prepare regulatory submissions, IRB documentation, and study reports.
- Monitor study budgets, track expenses, and assist with invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in community‑based settings.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with EDC systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
