Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to neonates in the NICU, including medication selection, dosing, and monitoring.

- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence‑based protocols and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE‑accredited program.
- Active pharmacist license in Louisiana.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics Pharmacy (BCPS) preferred.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a neonatal or pediatric intensive care setting.
- Strong knowledge of neonatal pharmacokinetics, drug safety, and compounding standards.
- Excellent communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork skills.
