About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Present at consultant client meetings, industry events, and virtual webinars on RxBenefits updates and new developments.
- Provide clinical expertise to Business Development, Account Management, and Operations to shape client strategies.
- Conduct medication therapy reviews, formulary assessments, and clinical audits for client organizations.
- Develop and deliver educational materials, training sessions, and best‑practice guidelines for healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Clinical Services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Support client onboarding, retention initiatives, and ongoing clinical performance monitoring.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and active pharmacist license in the United States.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care or specialty pharmacy.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with formulary management, medication utilization review, and clinical outcome analysis.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and data analytics tools.
Compensation
Annual salary: $168,373.72
