Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical expertise and independent pharmacy recommendations to support client strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management to identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Assist Operations in implementing clinical protocols and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze client outcomes, delivering actionable insights and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and active pharmacist licensure in Idaho.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care or specialty pharmacy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis, outcome measurement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems and regulatory guidelines.
