Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager of Clinical Services to develop and implement pharmacy‑focused strategies for client organizations.
• Represent RxBenefits at client meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and other events, delivering updates on therapeutic trends and RxBenefits solutions.
• Provide independent clinical assessments, medication therapy management reviews, and formulary optimization recommendations.
• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance client retention through evidence‑based pharmacy services.
• Support operational teams by reviewing prescription workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on best practices.
• Develop and deliver educational materials, training sessions, and continuing education webinars for clients and internal staff.
• Analyze client data to generate actionable insights, performance metrics, and cost‑containment strategies.
• Stay current with federal and state pharmacy regulations, clinical guidelines, and emerging therapies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE‑accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care or specialty pharmacy settings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, account management, and operations teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting utilization data and developing actionable recommendations.
