About This Position

Job Summary

RxBenefits is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Consultant in Cammack Village, Pulaski County, US. This senior role partners with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations to drive client growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Manager, Clinical Services and collaborate across the Health Services team.
  • Represent RxBenefits at client meetings, industry events, and virtual webinars, delivering updates on pharmacy trends and company innovations.
  • Provide independent clinical expertise to support business development initiatives and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and present educational programs, case studies, and best‑practice guidelines for client pharmacists and healthcare providers.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for therapeutic optimization and cost‑saving interventions.
  • Assist Account Management in contract negotiations by supplying clinical evidence and outcome metrics.
  • Stay current with federal and state pharmacy regulations, ensuring compliance across all client engagements.
  • Mentor junior pharmacy staff and contribute to continuous improvement of RxBenefits’ clinical service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and current US pharmacist license.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care or specialty pharmacy settings.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and influencing business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with experience using pharmacy benefit management (PBM) data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.

Compensation

Annual salary: $228,795.48 (fixed). Comprehensive benefits package offered.
