Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations to drive client growth and retention.
• Present at consultant client meetings, industry events, and virtual webinars on RxBenefits updates and new developments.
• Provide clinical expertise and independent pharmacy consulting to client organizations.
• Analyze medication utilization data and recommend evidence‑based interventions.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create customized pharmacy benefit solutions.
• Stay current on regulatory changes, clinical guidelines, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and active pharmacist license in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care or pharmacy benefits.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering webinars or public speaking.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
