About This Position
Job Summary
RxBenefits is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Consultant to join its Health Services team in Archer, Laramie County, US. This role partners with Business Development, Account Management and Operations to deliver clinical expertise that drives client growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Present at consultant client meetings, industry events and virtual webinars covering RxBenefits updates, new product offerings and best‑practice pharmacy guidance.
- Provide independent clinical consultations to clients, interpreting prescription data and recommending therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities for expanding services and supporting new client onboarding.
- Work closely with Account Management to monitor client satisfaction, resolve clinical issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and deliver educational materials, case studies and training sessions for client staff and internal teams.
- Analyze utilization trends, generate reports and advise on cost‑effective medication management strategies.
- Stay current on pharmacy law, formulary management, and emerging therapies to maintain RxBenefits’ position as a thought leader.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and active pharmacist license in the United States.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care or specialty pharmacy settings.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools and pharmacy management software.
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
