HCSC is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join its Clinical Optimization team on a work‑from‑home basis. This full‑time position offers a fixed annual salary of $124,069.09 and involves managing pharmacy programmes, supporting clinical initiatives and improving medication safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage pharmacy programmes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical optimisation strategies.
• Provide expert medication therapy management and clinical decision support to healthcare teams.
• Analyse prescribing data, identify improvement opportunities and generate actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist qualification with a current licence to practise.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in optimisation or medication safety roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data‑analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pharmacy programmes.
• Knowledge of US pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards.
