Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic clinical leadership for complex healthcare technology projects.
- Bridge clinical operations and digital health platforms to ensure alignment with provider workflows and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including IT, engineering, and operations—to define requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation.
- Lead clinical governance, data standards, and interoperability initiatives across the organization.

- Mentor and guide clinical informatics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with board certification and active medical license.
- Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 4 years in health informatics or digital health leadership.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale health IT implementations (EHR, CDSS, telehealth, analytics).
- Deep understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA) and healthcare data security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts for clinical audiences.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams and ability to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings.
Preferred Experience
- Advanced degree (MHA, MPH, MBA) or certifications such as CPHIMS, CAHIMS, or ONC Certified Professional.
- Experience with cloud‑based health platforms and AI/ML applications in clinical settings.
