Behavioral Perspective Inc is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director at our Crystal Lake, McHenry County clinic in Illinois. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct BCBA services to a limited number of clients, ensuring high‑quality behavior‑analytic interventions.
• Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including performance reviews, training, and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Corporate Operations to onboard new learners and coordinate service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, treatment plans, and data‑driven outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, insurance requirements, and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations, supervise ABA program fidelity, and lead team meetings.

• Current BCBA certification and Illinois licensure.
