Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom and decontamination procedures in compliance with ISO 14644 and GMP standards.
• Handle, transport, and store sensitive materials using proper gown‑in and gown‑out protocols.
• Monitor environmental controls (temperature, humidity, particle counts) and record data accurately.
• Maintain cleanroom equipment, including HEPA filters, laminar flow hoods, and pass‑through chambers.
• Assist with setup, change‑overs, and breakdown of production lines while adhering to safety and contamination‑control guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify potential contamination sources, and implement corrective actions.
• Document all activities in electronic logbooks and report anomalies to shift supervisors.
• Support emergency response and shutdown procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in cleanroom technology, industrial hygiene, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a Class 100‑Class 10,000 cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of cleanroom attire, gowning procedures, and contamination control best practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in ergonomically demanding positions.
• Strong attention to detail, good documentation skills, and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Flexibility to respond to on‑call schedule and work overtime as project demands shift.
