Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and site development.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather scope details and material take‑offs.
• Prepare and present bid packages, quantity take‑offs, and pricing analyses to senior leadership.
• Maintain and update estimating databases, cost catalogs, and historical data for future reference.
• Conduct risk assessments and incorporate contingencies into estimates.
• Support contract negotiations and assist in value engineering to optimize project budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a civil construction estimator or similar role.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
