Job Summary

CYNET SYSTEMS is seeking a Senior Cisco Meraki Administrator to manage the complete network lifecycle for its retail stores. This remote/telecommute role is based in Calgary, Calgary region, with a salary of $149,760 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and maintain the Cisco Meraki dashboard, providing regular status updates to management.
• Track, analyze, and report on inventory KPIs and device lifecycle metrics.
• Monitor and audit inventory of active and retired Meraki devices.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation for all network changes and configurations.
• Serve as the escalation point for network anomalies, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Validate configurations of newly provisioned devices before they go live.
• Ensure proper decommissioning and removal of retired devices from the Meraki dashboard.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align network architecture with business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience administering Cisco Meraki solutions in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, and Wi‑Fi).
• Proven ability to generate and interpret KPI reports and inventory dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Experience with network security best practices and device lifecycle management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Meraki MTN, CCNA, or CCNP) preferred.
