Job Summary

Join Alden Lakeland Post-Acute Rehabilitation & Health Care in Chicago, Cook County as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working the 7 AM‑3 PM shift. Provide high‑quality daily nursing care to residents while adhering to federal, state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and exercises as directed by nursing staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements
