Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of Cerner PharmNet modules for community pharmacy settings.
• Conduct build, test, and go‑live activities, ensuring medication workflow and order management processes meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and client staff to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Provide on‑site or virtual support during critical implementation phases and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Document configuration settings, test results, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Cerner PharmNet implementations.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy medication workflows, order entry, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support build, testing, and go‑live activities in a remote consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• No pharmacy licensure required.
