Full-Time, Monday through Friday schedule. SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Case Managers in the Phoenix Valley area (including East Valley, West Valley, and Central Phx) to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact with clients through video and/or phone, providing community resources, and supporting their treatment and growth.
