Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate case records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Facilitate group sessions on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace readiness.
  • Stay current on labor market trends and local industry demands to guide clients effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or employment services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse populations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
  • Commitment to on‑site work; remote positions are not available.

Compensation & Benefits
