Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate case records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Facilitate group sessions on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace readiness.
- Stay current on labor market trends and local industry demands to guide clients effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or employment services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse populations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
- Commitment to on‑site work; remote positions are not available.
Compensation & Benefits
