Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue government IT staffing opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and proposal narratives that align with client requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional capture teams, including sales, solution architects, and compliance specialists.
• Lead the preparation of capture plans, capture schedules, and risk assessments.
• Maintain relationships with government procurement officials and stay current on solicitation trends.
• Track and report capture metrics, pipeline status, and win probability to senior leadership.
• Support post‑award transition to delivery teams to ensure seamless staffing fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in government capture management, preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
• Proven track record of winning federal or state contracts.
• Strong understanding of FAR, RFQ/RFP processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
• Proficiency with capture management tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with large‑scale IT staffing contracts (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud services, software development).
• Existing network of government procurement contacts.
• Certifications such as PMP or CAPM.

Compensation & Benefits
