Key Responsibilities

• Analyze capital expenditure proposals, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial guidelines.
• Develop and maintain CAPEX forecasting models, tracking actual spend versus budget.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and board reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and procurement teams to validate cost assumptions.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes related to capital assets.
• Monitor compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls for all capital projects.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in CAPEX analysis, financial planning, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Eligibility for U.S. security clearance is a plus.
