Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain IBM DataStage jobs supporting Medicaid/MMIS data flows.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ETL solutions.
• Monitor job performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement optimizations for speed and reliability.
• Document data pipelines, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards and Medicaid regulations.
• Provide on‑call support for production incidents and participate in root‑cause analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage (or equivalent ETL tools).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of Medicaid/MMIS data models and healthcare reporting requirements.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, data profiling and data quality techniques.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM DataStage, CDMP) are a plus.
