Business Development Manager

Chapman Tate Associates are hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading IFS partner, based in the UK with remote/hybrid flexibility. The role offers a salary of £65,000‑£85,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new ERP opportunities across the UK and Europe, focusing on IFS solutions.
• Expand existing client relationships, upsell and cross‑sell additional modules and services.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM and produce regular forecasts for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars and client workshops.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in ERP sales, preferably with IFS, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• 5+ years of B2B business development experience in technology or consulting services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while meeting targets.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
