Business Development Manager eClinical/eCOA (EMEA)

Almac Group Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager – eClinical/eCOA to drive growth across the EMEA region. This remote, home‑based role is based in Craigavon, Northern Ireland and includes up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for Almac’s eClinical and eCOA solutions across pharmaceutical and biotech companies in EMEA.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, CROs, and clinical research organisations.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Technologies unit to tailor proposals and presentations that address client needs.
• Provide market intelligence, track competitor activity, and recommend product enhancements.
• Represent Almac at industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in business development or sales within eClinical, eCOA, or broader clinical technology services.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO clients in the EMEA region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a remote schedule.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
