Business Development Executive

LIGHTHOUSE PACKAGING is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive in Corona, Riverside County, CA. This role will drive new client acquisition and expand market share for our fast‑growing packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers across target industries.
• Develop and present tailored packaging proposals that meet client specifications and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales forecasts.
• Represent LIGHTHOUSE PACKAGING at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and growing accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation & Benefits
