Job Summary

Unique Advisors LLC is hiring a Remote Part‑Time Full Charge Bookkeeper for its public accounting practice, based in Las Vegas, Clark County, US. This role offers a fixed annual salary of $65,100 and involves comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate posting of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and inter‑company balances.
• Generate and post journal entries, adjusting entries, and accruals as needed.
• Process bi‑weekly payroll, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and year‑end W‑2 preparation.
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Support senior accountants with ad‑hoc financial analysis and budgeting tasks.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full‑charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting environment.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, payroll processing, and sales/use tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or CPA designation.
• Experience with cloud‑based accounting platforms and remote collaboration tools.
