About This Position
Giving Growth Therapy ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work hybrid in Greenville, Pitt County, North Carolina. This role supports high‑quality ABA services across Eastern NC with a competitive salary of $100,000‑$110,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data‑driven progress reviews.
- Collaborate with local schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing, ethical standards, and insurance documentation.

Required Qualifications
