Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a crew of field technicians during set‑up, adjustment, and removal of bleacher structures.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
- Conduct safety briefings, enforce OSHA guidelines, and perform equipment inspections.
- Communicate with clients, event coordinators, and internal managers to confirm specifications and resolve issues.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and replacement components; order supplies as needed.
- Prepare daily and final reports, including labor hours, material usage, and any incident documentation.
- Train new crew members on proper assembly techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical or construction training preferred.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in event set‑up, construction, or field service work.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse crew.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel within the Mid‑Atlantic region.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lb regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $43,849.75. Full‑time position with overtime opportunities, health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
