Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and digital messages from members and dental providers in both English and Spanish.
• Provide accurate information about dental coverage, eligibility, and claim status.
• Resolve member concerns, troubleshoot issues, and guide callers through next steps to ensure a positive experience.
• Document interactions in the CRM system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call‑center, customer service, or dental insurance environment.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle high‑volume calls.
