Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and digital inquiries in both English and Spanish, delivering accurate information about dental benefits and coverage.
• Verify member identity, retrieve eligibility data, and guide callers through claim status, pre‑authorizations, and payment options.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, escalating complex cases to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain detailed call logs in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Humana’s privacy standards.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Contacts team and dental provider network to improve service processes.
• Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of dental insurance terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and remote‑work technology.
