Job Summary

Humana is hiring a Bilingual Dental Inbound Representative to work remotely from Cammack Village, Pulaski County, US. This role is the first human contact for members, handling dental benefit inquiries and provider support.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and digital messages from members and dental providers in both English and Spanish.
• Explain dental benefits, coverage details, and claim procedures.
• Resolve member concerns, troubleshoot issues, and guide callers to next steps.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Contacts team and the Inbound Contacts Supervisor to meet service level targets.
• Identify trends in member questions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication, active‑listening, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably healthcare or dental.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications and navigating insurance portals.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
