Job Summary

Humana is hiring a Bilingual Dental Inbound Representative to work remotely from Trenton, Mercer County, US. This role is the first point of contact for members and providers, delivering courteous, accurate dental benefit support in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and digital inquiries from members and dental providers.
• Provide clear explanations of dental benefits, coverage limits, and claim processes.
• Resolve billing questions, schedule follow‑up actions, and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company privacy standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor while ensuring a smooth hand‑off.
• Continuously meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or dental‑related coursework preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
• Prior experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably in healthcare or dental insurance.
• Proficient with Windows PC, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM software.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with reliable high‑speed internet.
