Key Responsibilities

• Redesign legacy recruiting dashboards into a modern, scalable suite using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Consolidate disparate data sources (ATS, HRIS, CRM) into a unified data model.
• Develop interactive visualizations that enable real‑time decision making for hiring managers.
• Implement data quality checks, documentation, and version control.
• Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and IT teams to define KPI requirements.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on dashboard functionality.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics.
