BI and Dashboard Analyst

The BI and Dashboard Analyst role at Eliassen Group is a remote contract position supporting a high‑volume, seasonal hiring program. You will redesign and modernize recruiting analytics dashboards for a technology client.

Key Responsibilities

• Re‑engineer legacy recruiting dashboards into a scalable, user‑friendly suite using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Consolidate disparate data sources (ATS, HRIS, CRM) into a unified data model.
• Develop interactive visualizations that enable real‑time hiring metrics, pipeline health, and forecast reporting.
• Collaborate with recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, and IT to define KPI requirements.
• Implement data governance, performance tuning, and automated data refresh processes.
• Provide training and documentation for end‑users and maintain ongoing dashboard enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics roles.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools; strong SQL skills.
• Hands‑on experience integrating ATS/HRIS data (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS).
• Understanding of recruiting life‑cycle metrics and seasonal hiring dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.

Compensation

Annual salary: $101,032.75 (contract rate equivalent).
