BI and Dashboard Analyst

The BI and Dashboard Analyst role at Eliassen Group is a remote contract position supporting a high‑volume, seasonal hiring program. The analyst will redesign, consolidate and optimize recruiting analytics, delivering modern, scalable dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign legacy recruiting dashboards into a modern, scalable suite using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Consolidate multiple data sources (ATS, HRIS, CRM) into a unified data model.
• Develop interactive visualizations that enable real‑time decision making for talent acquisition teams.
• Automate data pipelines and ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide training and documentation for end‑users to maximize dashboard adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Background in HR or recruiting analytics preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
