Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess their benefits needs.
- Present, explain, and tailor AO Group’s benefits packages—including health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance—to match each family’s unique situation.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate completion of applications and timely submission of documentation.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, updating client interactions, follow‑ups, and sales milestones daily.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends, product changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, claims, and support teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in insurance, benefits, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly over virtual channels.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting software.
- High‑speed internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and a reliable computer with webcam.
- U.S. work authorization; must be able to sell in the states covered by AO Group’s licensing.
