Job Summary
Autism Learning Partners is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCA) to join their Los Angeles, Los Angeles County team. This full‑time role offers a salary of $55,249.51 annually and provides the chance to work within the nation’s largest female‑clinician‑led ABA agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data‑driven intervention strategies.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in regular case review meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid California RBT supervision license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
