Job Summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team in Mint Hill, Mecklenburg County, US. This full‑time role offers a competitive base salary of $82,927 per year plus a $25,000 performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate evidence‑based ABA programs for children with developmental disabilities.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Participate in case reviews, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB) and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home‑based service visits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children ages 2‑12 preferred but not required.
