Blue Arrow is seeking experienced Bar Staff for a live‑in position at a busy hotel in the beautiful Scottish countryside, located about 1 hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh. The seasonal role runs until October and offers a fixed salary of £27,040 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests in the bar and restaurant areas.
• Take orders, serve drinks and food, and ensure all items are presented to high standards.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar, including glassware, garnishes and supplies.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process end‑of‑day tills.
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to coordinate service flow.
• Adhere to health, safety and licensing regulations at all times.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and respond to guest inquiries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bar or waiting service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full‑time hours (20+ hrs/week) in a remote, live‑in environment.
