Banking Consultant

Mercor is seeking a Banking Consultant to work remotely on Retail Banking AI projects, reviewing AI-generated outputs for consumer lending and deposit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate AI-generated decisions related to consumer loans and deposit accounts.
• Provide feedback to improve model accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and compliance teams to refine AI workflows.
• Document findings and create clear reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and banking regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking, lending, or deposit account operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess AI outputs critically.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to work independently in a remote contract role.
