Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Synapse and PySpark.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement best practices for data security, performance tuning, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing data platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Azure Synapse Analytics and PySpark.
• Hands‑on experience building Power BI reports and data models.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.

Compensation

Annual salary: $139,557.30 (fixed).
