Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic cells, PLC‑controlled machinery, and related automation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement upgrades, calibrations, and process enhancements.
• Document maintenance activities, generate reports, and maintain spare‑part inventories.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and suggest cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens), robotics, and HMI interfaces.
• Strong diagnostic skills, ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
