Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with Audit and Tax business goals.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to create thought‑leadership content, webinars, and events.
  • Manage digital channels, including website, email, social media, and paid media, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and client touchpoints.
  • Support business development initiatives by delivering targeted collateral and presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; MBA or relevant certification a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services or accounting firms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross‑functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
