Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise sales agreements, service level agreements, and data protection addendums.
• Advise sales and product teams on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and best practices for AI‑related services.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and security teams to align contract terms with corporate policies.
• Develop and maintain a repository of standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Conduct training sessions for sales personnel on contract fundamentals and emerging legal issues.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting cloud, AI, and telecommunications services and recommend policy updates.
• Support dispute resolution, escalation handling, and post‑contract compliance audits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating enterprise technology or telecommunications contracts.
• Strong understanding of AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and export control regulations.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Compensation

Base salary: $143,415.44 per year.
