Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and contract negotiation support for enterprise sales initiatives.
- Draft, review, and enforce sales agreements, service level agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with new AI‑focused services and solutions.
- Lead training sessions for sales staff on contractual best practices and compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in technology, privacy, and telecommunications law that affect enterprise sales.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or technology‑focused contract law, preferably within enterprise sales environments.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, and networking services and the related regulatory landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple high‑stakes transactions simultaneously.
