Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry‑standard tools.

- Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project scheduling or planning, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
- Hybrid work model – combination of on‑site presence in Rahway and remote work.
Compensation
Annual salary: $114,372.49
