Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting cloud service uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in Bangalore, Sydney, and the U.S. East Coast to implement proactive health checks and automation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, providing rapid response to critical alerts.
• Document root‑cause analyses, create knowledge‑base articles, and suggest continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist in capacity planning, scaling strategies, and deployment of patches and upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations, site reliability engineering, or systems engineering.
