Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global nutrition strategy across the swine product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post‑market support.
• Provide scientific and technical guidance to marketing and commercial teams, ensuring nutrition claims are evidence‑based and compliant.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate research findings into market‑ready solutions and feed‑additive recommendations.
• Develop and deliver technical training, webinars, and scientific presentations for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for veterinary nutrition experts, feed manufacturers, and key opinion leaders worldwide.
• Prepare scientific dossiers, white papers, and regulatory submissions supporting product claims.
• Monitor emerging trends, scientific literature, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and innovation.
• Support sales teams with technical resources, field visits, and problem‑solving for customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Animal Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in swine nutrition, feed formulation, or animal health product development.
• Proven track record of delivering technical support in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (marketing, R&D, regulatory, sales) in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
