TrueCommerce is hiring an Associate Client Manager in the United States. In this role you will retain and grow an assigned portfolio of customers, turning connections into long‑term partnerships while helping businesses solve supply‑chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued value realization.
• Drive net revenue retention by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to align solutions with client needs.
