Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Fitness Manager in overseeing all front‑desk and studio activities, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Drive membership sales, upsell services, and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule a team of stretch therapists and front‑desk staff.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest operational improvements.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong community relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio management.
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching techniques or willingness to complete StretchLab certification.
• Excellent organizational abilities and comfort with scheduling software.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field preferred.
